              dub.4mt masters and mixes all genres with particular expertise in electronic, ambient, and experimental music.

              vinyl mastering & lacquer cutting

              • Mastering for vinyl pressing with format and playback optimization.
                • Lacquer master disk cutting for 7", 10", and 12" records.
                  • Half‑speed lacquer cutting for enhanced high‑frequency resolution.
                    • Full 1/4" analog tape → lacquer signal path for all‑analog mastering on request.

                      We use the Sillitoe SDMS Master Disk Recording System for lacquer cutting — a modern cutter with increased motor torque and precision that reduces wow and flutter and improves playback accuracy. Our default workflow is a hybrid digital–analog chain for optimal fidelity and cutter response; the full analog tape‑to‑lacquer chain is available for purist projects.
