dub.4mt offers flexible rental packages tailored for producers, artists, and engineers needing access to professional mastering, mixing, production, and lathe-cut vinyl facilities.

Our spaces are ideal for single-session work, multi-day projects, or extended block bookings that leverage dub.4mt’s hybrid signal chain and SDMS lathe system.

rental packages

Hourly Drop-In

• Minimum: 2 hours
• Includes:
  • Access to workstation, DAW sessions, select outboard gear, synthesizers, microphones, and monitoring.
  • Self-engineering option with an on-call studio technician available for setup or troubleshooting.

Half-Day (5 Hours)

• Includes:
  • Reserved workstation and studio time.
  • Priority access to select outboard gear and instruments.
  • Basic patching, headphone mixes, and consumables (eg: 1/4 tape, test records etc).

Full Day (8 Hours)

• Includes:
  • Exclusive use of the studio for the entire day.
  • Full access to the production suite, analog/digital mastering chains, and modular/synth patch space.
  • One brief technical consultation and session preparation.

Multi-Day / Weekly Blocks

• Benefits:
  • Discounted daily rate for consecutive days.
  • Ideal for intensive projects, mixes, or production sprints.
  • Option to add accommodation or residency scheduling when available.

• Workstations: Running Ableton Live, Wavelab, Bitwig, and access to a large plugin library.
• Monitoring: High-quality nearfield/main monitoring with a calibrated listening environment.
• Equipment: Selected digital and analog outboard gear (EQs, compressors, FX), mixers, converters, tape machine, vinyl lathe (with assistance only), and patching facilities.
• Microphones and recorders: DI options for field or acoustic capture.
• Instruments: Large array of synths, controllers, drum machines and samplers, as well as modular gear, experimental instruments, and guitar/bass.
• Storage: Secure gear storage with integration for client equipment and high-speed file transfer and session backup procedures.

• In-House Engineering Support: Hourly or day rates available for recording, mixing, or mastering assistance.
• Dedicated Mastering Sessions: Utilizing the hybrid digital/analog chain.Lathe-Cut Vinyl Sessions: Mastering-to-lathe preparation, test cuts, and short-run production (materials billed separately).
• Technical Setup: Session documentation and file deliverables (stems, masters, L/R, DDP).

technical & operational notes

• Booking Deposit: A non-refundable deposit equal to one session fee is required.
• Cancellation Policy:
  • Full refund for cancellations > 14 days.
  • 50% refund for cancellations 7–14 days.
  • No refund for cancellations < 7 days (emergency exceptions may apply).
• Clients must adhere to studio safety and equipment use policies; damage incurred from misuse is billable.

To book a session, please submit a project summary, preferred dates, required gear/services, and any accommodation needs to the studio booking contact. Following your submission, you will receive a booking confirmation, deposit invoice, and pre-session checklist.
